Great exhaust. Sounds good, has no drone, and the carbon tips look fantastic. Install was pretty easy. It took two of us about 3 hours from start to finish.
Loved everything about this purchase. It arrived at my door 20 hours from the time I bought it. Easy installation, exact fit, and perfect sound. No drone at all in the cabin even at cruise. It is the perfect level of sound and I still get some burbles/pops on start up and downshifts. 13/10 stars!!
The exhaust shipped really fast. Installation was as described, very easy! Sound is amazing! Not too loud, just right with no droning. Very throaty, not the annoying typical four cylinder buzz you hear from other exhaust. Plenty of raspiness on the high end if you decide to really roll into the throttle. Just what I was looking for. Oh and the carbon tips look great too! Thank you MBRP for making such an awesome exhaust for the GLI!
So fantastic! And much lighter than original. Seriously! Lol Pretty easy to put on, and directions really not needed, but I'm a guy soooooo. Haha One issue I do have though, is my friend helping me and I both looked around in the box, floor, small boxes, and MBRP did not really do anything to secure the carbon fiber pipe end on. You just put them on without bolting or tightening a band clamp around them. That's worrisome someone MIGHT steal them, or just going down the road, eventually they'll just fall off....
Has a great sound. Very mellow low tones after it starts up. Easy install and the carbon fiber tips look sick.
