Returns RMA

ALL returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. There are zero exceptions. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain an RMA number and address to return the part to. Do NOT deny the package, Return to Sender, or send anything back to the address listed on the box. If you do so, you will be charged the Return to Sender fee or the shipping charges to the correct warehouse. 

Q. Can I return or exchange a part?

MBRP Exhaust Store will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork.

If the product has been used or installed, a refund will not be given. Some items such as full exhaust systems could have a re-box fee ($35) if the box is damaged to the point where it can no longer be used. If the kit is received back to us and is damaged, it will be returned to you and a refund will not be given. Exhaust tips, mufflers, down pipes, and other accessories will have an automatic 15% restock fee. 

Q. What parts have special return requirements or are non-refundable?

Any kits that have been used, installed, or modified in any way are not eligible for return. Some items such as bargain bin or clearance items are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you have an issue with one of these items, we will do everything we can to help, but we do not accept returns on them. 

Q. Do I have to pay for shipping on a return?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective or we accidentally send you the wrong part. It's a good idea to insure your package when making a return. MBRP Exhaust Store will not refund a package that is damaged or lost during return shipping.

Note: Do not send the product to our listed address. You MUST send the package to the warehouse it originated from. Contact us for more info.

Q. What if the part is defective or damaged?

Contact us via email or live chat. We will do everything we can to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Damage suffered in transit must be taken up with the carrier, first. Once you have notified them, then please contact us and let us know what is going on along with pictures of the damage. 

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

If you have a part that has a warranty problem, please call MBRP customer Service at 888-636-7223 and they will take care of you directly.

Q. What if you sent me the wrong part?

Contact us right away so we can correct the order.

Q. What if I cancel my order before I receive it?

Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on how far along the order is. If the order has been processed or shipped, we most likely are not able to stop it and you will then need to set up a return.

Q. What if I refuse delivery?

Do NOT reject or return a package to the address on the package. We DO NOT receive packages at that address. The package will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the fee. It's best to accept the package and start the returns process.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong part?
