***Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing some delays in shipping times and parts availability. Most orders still ship out very quickly, but some extra processing time may be necessary in some cases. If there is an extended delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as we can. We are doing our best to fulfill every order in a timely manner. UPS and Fedex expedited services are NOT guaranteed at this time. Please do NOT place an order with expedited shipping and automatically expect it to be there in a certain timeframe. If you need a product within a certain time, please contact us with the part number before placing the order. MBRP Exhaust Store prides itself on having some of the fastest order processing and free shipping in the industry. Free shipping applies to all orders over $75 in the Contiguous USA. Due to our vast warehouse options across the country, we are able to get the product you ordered to your doorstep in about 1-3 days, in most cases. When an order is placed, it is quickly processed through a secure, automated system that allows us to remove several steps others must go through in order to ship a package. Due to our lightning fast shipping and processing, it is very difficult and in most cases not possible, for us to cancel an order on in stock items once processed. However, if you place an order and discover you have made a mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to help rectify the situation. Feel free to contact us at anytime regarding your order, but please do not send an email or leave a message saying you would like to cancel an order and expect it to automatically happen. We will get back to you as quickly as we possibly can. Below are some common questions associated with shipping along with our answers. What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship Ground, Next Day, Two and Three Day Select, as well as Freight (for large items). The options may be limited depending on package size.

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

We offer Next Day as well as Two and Three Day Select. These options may be limited depending on package size or your location.

How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed if ordered before 4PM CST, and are able get to our customers door within 1-3 business days. In some cases a part may take longer depending on the location it ships from or a possible back order. On occasion or during busy times, some orders make take longer to process. In the case of a long delay or back order, we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. 

Do you ship outside the US?

No. We are no longer shipping outside of the USA at this time. 

Can I track my package?

Yes. We will email you tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive it. 

What happens if I order the wrong part?

We accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork. Check out our Return Policy for more details.

What happens if you send me the wrong part?

We certainly hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right.

What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

UPS and Fedex have a claims process for this type of issue. Please contact us if damage occurs during shipping, and we can help you through the claims process with the carrier. In most cases we will send out a new kit right away and take up the issue with the carrier without making you wait. If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT install it or throw away the packaging. Please take pictures and send them to us ASAP. 

What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
